The benefit of 50W/60W Industrail Switching Power Supply

1.Resistant to interference, high stability:The surge voltage rating of ≥2KV implies that the input terminals of this power supply can withstand at least 2,000 volts of transient high-voltage pulses without sustaining damage. This ensures continuous system operation, minimizes downtime losses, protects expensive downstream equipment, enhances Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and increases overall reliability. In environments with poor grid quality or where generators are used (such as remote mining areas or vessels), voltage fluctuations and spikes can be more pronounced, making the power supply more adaptable to these complex grid conditions.

2.Short circuit protection: When there is an unexpected short circuit at the output end of the power supply due to faults such as incorrect wiring or equipment damage, the control circuit of the power supply will immediately stop the operation of the power switch transistors, causing the output voltage to drop to zero. After shutdown, the power supply does not become permanently locked. Instead, it will intermittently and periodically automatically restart, attempting to restore output. If the short circuit fault persists, it will detect overcurrent again upon restart and immediately shut down again. If the fault is resolved, upon restart, the power supply detects everything as normal and automatically returns to normal operation. This protection method facilitates fault diagnosis and maintenance, and after repair, it eliminates the need for manual reset, enhancing efficiency, reducing maintenance costs, and minimizing downtime.
